The Croatian Cultural Centre is ideal venue to host a range of events from variying sizes. Close to two SkyTrain stations, Free Parking, Complimentary Planning Session with our team, Quality Caffe Umbria coffee, Organic Rishi Teas, Professional Audio-Visual Components, Hester Creek house wines, Premium Bar Services.

Event Rates

Rental Rates and Fees are subject to change and are guaranteed only at time of booking with full rental as a non refundable non transferable first payment, accompanied by a signed contract.

8 hour Rental Rates

  • Unless otherwise agreed to, rentals are for 8 continuous hours of rental ending before 1am. Additional hours will be billed at the Centre’s discretion based on staffing needs, overtime costs. Etc.
  • Our two largest ballrooms require a refundable $1500 damage deposit. Rental fees may be waived if approved minimum spending is achieved through food and host bar spending.
  • Cash bar spending is not included.
  • $20, 000 minimum food and beverage in Auditorium
  • $10, 000 minimum food and beverage in Hall A

*For some functions approved third party AV technicians may be required. All live music requires own audio system and $150 power charge for stage power use.
*DJ’s and Bands may not use house P.A. for amplified music.
