About the Festival
The Western Canadian Croatian Folklore Festival is a long-standing cultural event that brings together Croatian folklore groups from across Western Canada and North America. Each year, the festival is hosted by a different city, providing an opportunity to celebrate Croatian heritage through dance, music, and community events.
In 2025, Vancouver will proudly host the 47th edition of this festival, with the pinnacle performance taking place on May 17, 2025, at the Great Canadian Casino in Coquitlam. This festival not only showcases the beauty of Croatian culture but also strengthens community bonds and fosters cross-cultural appreciation.
